These terms apply to everyone who visits this website. By using it, you accept them.

2. What this website offers

• Information about who we are and how we work.
• The calculator, which works out figures from the numbers you enter.
• The reality check, twelve questions that give you a score.

You do not need to sign in to use any of it.

3. Results are indicative, not advice

The results of the calculator and the reality check depend on the figures and answers you enter and on a simple method of calculation. They are indicative. They are not financial, commercial, legal or tax advice, not a forecast and not a promise of any result. Decisions you take on the basis of them are your own.

What you type into the calculator and the reality check stays in your browser unless you choose to send it to us. Our privacy policy explains what happens when you do.

4. Our engagements

If you work with us, the engagement is governed by the engagement agreement we both sign and by the data processing agreement that goes with it. These terms do not govern engagements. Where they differ from those agreements, the signed agreements apply.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, calculator, reality check and logos on this website belong to [legal name] or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by Belgian and European law. You may view them, print them and share links to them for your own use. You may not copy, publish or reuse them, in whole or in substantial part, for any other purpose without our written permission.
