About Stratyx

Built by someone who carried
the number, not studied it.

Stratyx is over 1,5 decade in commercial leadership, from carrying a quota to running teams, to director, to chief commercial officer, including a partner role that ended in an exit. Belgium based, working with founder-led B2B companies.

The same thing kept happening. A company with real demand, a founder who could close, and nothing underneath either of those facts. Everything that made it work lived in one head and had never been written down, so it could not be inspected, handed over, or repeated. Growth was possible, but only at the speed of one person's calendar.

Every time, the fix was the same and it was never software. Establish who is actually winnable, take the language from the buyers rather than the category, define stages that only move on evidence, and hold a rhythm long enough for it to become normal. Unremarkable work that almost nobody does, because it is less satisfying than a new channel.

Stratyx is that work, made repeatable. The install builds the system inside the tools a company already runs. The platform exists for teams who want the same standard instrumented once it is real. They are deliberately separate, and the install contains no software, because a consultant who arrives with a product to sell stops being a useful judge of what you need.

How we work

Six rules
we don't bend.

01

Measure before advising

Advice before the first figure is a guess with our name under it.

02

No artefact without an owner

One name on your side, never ours. We would rather deliver one thing less.

03

One outcome a month

Two at once give you two halves.

04

Gates are not skipped

They exist to find out it isn't working while it can still be fixed.

05

You fill in the second column

What your team can't fill in on day 90 is what didn't stick.

06

Fewer things that live

Four artefacts in use beat twenty on a shelf, even if twenty look better in a proposal.

We work with

  • B2B companies with a considered sale and cycles measured in months.
  • A commercial ambition with a number and a date.
  • At least a handful of paying customers, so there is something to measure.
  • Someone who can decide without four others in the room.

We're not for

  • Teams looking for more leads or booked appointments.
  • Companies that want a report rather than a change.
  • Anyone expecting a revenue guarantee.

The first conversation is arithmetic.

Not a pitch and not a proposal. Five figures you already know, one page back.
